What we do and why it matters

The challenges in rural Ghana are real, threatening the livelihoods and stability of communities. At Sustain360 Foundation, we believe that sustainable change starts from the ground up. When communities are equipped, informed and united, they become resilient which shapes a better and greener future for all.

We empower local people especially the vulnerable; women, youth, persons with disability and marginalised groups with the knowledge, tools and opportunities to protect the environment, promoting peace building through prevention of violent extremism and conflicts, improve access to quality education and enhance agriculture productivity.

We don't just work in communities, we work with them ensuring that local voices guide every step of our journey.

Main Objectives

1. Promote sustainable and climate-smart practices in agriculture, forestry, and energy to reduce environmental degradation, combat extreme heat, and improve food security.

2. Improve community health and nutrition by raising awareness and providing innovative solutions to health and nutrition issues.

3. Increase access to inclusive and quality education, with a focus on vulnerable and marginalized groups.

4. Increase PVE awareness and strengthen peacebuilding and social cohesion by promoting interfaith and intercultural dialogue, sensitizing communities on early warning systems, and engaging marginalized groups.

5. Empower vulnerable groups—women, youth, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities with the tools, skills, and opportunities to improve livelihoods, adapt to climate change, and actively participate in decision-making processes.

6. Foster collaborative partnerships with community leaders, local authorities, and civil society organizations to ensure inclusive planning, responsive governance, and sustainability of interventions.
